This recipe does not contain any anti-caking agents, so you may find that you need to stir your salt up before each use.

We offer 4 different Grain Sizes here at Worldwide Salt, Ultrafine "Baker's", Fine, Coarse & Flake! For our infused and smoked salt lines, you can choose between these 5 sizes to be infused/smoked! We are very proud of our Infused Sea Salts being homemade by mimicking the environment the sea salt naturally forms in!

Ultrafine "Baker's" - 0-0.2mm

Fine - 0.2-0.5mm

Coarse - 2-4mm

Flake  - Varies

Our "Small Bag" size is a very small 2" x 3" bag containing around 1.5 ounces of your selected Sea Salt

Our "Medium Bag" Size is a slightly larger 3" x 4" bag containing around 2.5 ounces of Sea Salt

Our "Medium Jar" Size is a very Miniature 2.5 oz Mason Jar

Our "Large Jar" size is a beautiful 4 oz Mini Mason Jar
